Mr. Kurer's Fees For Medico-Legal Reports:
| Fee for preparation of liability and causation report | £375.00 per hour |
| For examination and preparation of condition and prognosis report | £725.00 |
| For examination and preparation of condition and prognosis specialist shoulder report | £775.00 |
| For reviewing clinical notes, x-ray, reports etc | £375.00 per hour |
| Fee for responding to letters, enquiries or requests | £375.00 per hour |
| For telephone conferences including preparation time, drafting and editing for average medicolegal case | £375.00 per hour |
| Fee for telephone conferences including preparation time drafting and editing for cases of significant complexity | £425.00 per hour |
| For attending Court | £3500.00 per day |
| Fee for cancellation of attendance of Court within two weeks of previously agreed date(s) | £2000.00 per day |
| For insertion of score sheets into report | £25.00 each |
| For insertion of photographs/xrays/drawings | £50.00 each |
| For administration of diagnostic ultrasound examination at the time of appointment (if deemed necessary by Mr Kurer) | £150.00 |
| Fee for client not attending previously confirmed appointment | £375.00 |
